Ngondro: Overview, Prostrations, Vajrasattva

This is the first of a two-Saturday workshop on the preliminary practices or ngundro that correlates with the 14th Module of the Discovering Buddhism Program. This series includes a total of four classes beginning with Overview and Prostrations on Saturday July 26 10:30 am â 1pm and Purifying with Vajrasattva that afternoon from 2-4, both led by Ven. Lobsang Chokyi. The series will continue on a Saturday TBA with "Doing Retreat" about setting up your own retreat, and a discussion of other preliminary practices with Q&A (teacher to be announced).

This is a great way to learn more about doing your own preliminary practices either at home or in a retreat setting, so bring your questions. Students do not need to be currently doing the Discovering Buddhism program to attend.
