Dinnā
Consort of King Uggasena.
The lives of one hundred kings and queens who were about to be sacrificed by a king of Benares, labouring under a mistaken idea, were saved by her wisdom. In a previous birth she had killed an ewe and suffered in hell.
In this age she was Mallikā, queen of Pasenadi. DhA.ii.15ff.
