Jigmé Lingpa (1729-98)
(Tibetan, 'Jigs-med gling-pa). One of the great Nyingmapa masters associated with the Eclectic Movement in eastern Tibet. He became a disciple of Longchenpa as a result of a series of visions and was responsible for systematizing aspects of Longchenpa's teachings as well as redacting the Nyingma tantra collection into its present form.
