Kureñjiyaphaladāyaka (Kuruñjiya°) Thera.-An arahant. Thirty-one kappas ago he was a hunter, and having seen the Buddha Sikhī in the forest, he gave him a kureñjiya-fruit (Ap.ii.448f). He is evidently identical with Sona-Setthiputta Thera (ThagA.i.316f).
