Saccavibhanga Sutta
The Buddha addresses the monks in the Migadāya at Isipatana and tells them how he had first preached the Four Noble Truths there. He exhorts them to follow Sāriputta and Moggallāna, and then retires to his cell.
Sāriputta takes up the discourse and gives a detailed explanation of the Truths. M.iii.248 52.
This sutta is incorporated in the concluding portion of the Mahāsatipatthāna Sutta.
