saṃ-caya m. (ifc. f. ā) collection, gathering, accumulation, heap, hoard, store, multitude, quantity (dat., 'in order to have more') Nir. MBh. &c

 

• collecting the bones of a burnt body (in asthi-s○) RTL. 284 ; 300

• -vat mfn. possessed of wealth, rich, opulent MBh
