Tiputthulla-vihāra
A monastery built by Dāthopatissa II. as an extension to the Abhayagiri-vihāra.
The Theravādins objected to it, as the grounds lay within their boundary.
The king refused to recognise their protest and the bhikkhus passed on him the pattanikkujjana-kamma. Cv.xiv.29ff.
