Tīreti [Caus. of tarati] 1. to bring through, to finish, to execute (business), to accomplish: karaṇīyaŋ Miln 7, PvA 203; kiccaŋ PvA 278. -- 2. to measure, judge, recognize, always in formula tūleti tīreti vibhāveti (Nd2 tul˚ tir˚, etc.) as interpretation of jānāti; pp. tīrita (Nd2 tirita) Ps ii.200; Nd2 under ñāta & No. 413.
