vitthata2 [pp. of vitthāyati (?). A difficult form!] per- plexed, confused, hesitating Miln 36 (bhīta+). Ed. Müller, P.Gr. 102 considers it as pp. of vi+tras to tremble, together with vitthāyati & vitthāyi.
