三種天===﹝出涅槃經
天者，天然自然樂勝身勝，故名天也。
〔一、世間天〕，謂十方世界，一切剎土中，諸大國王，雖處人中，享受天福，是名世間天。
〔二、生天〕，即一切眾生，修行十善之因，受其果報，或生欲界天，或生色界天，或生無色界天，是名生天。（十善者，不殺生、不偷盜、不邪婬、不妄語、不兩舌、不惡口、不綺語、不貪欲、不瞋恚、不邪見也。）
〔三、淨天〕，謂聲聞、緣覺斷諸煩惱，獲大神通，變化自在，清淨無染，是名淨天。
