了義經(1) A "revealed (or complete) doctrine scripture." A Mahāyāna sutra which discusses all aspects of the Buddhist doctrine, without a bias towards sudden or gradual, Mādhyamika or Yogācāra, etc. (2) This term most commonly appears as a reference to the Sutra of Perfect Enlightenment 圓覺經.
