人天教 [py] réntiān jiāo [wg] jen-t'ien chiao [ko] 인천교 inch'ŏn kyo [ja]ニンデンキョウ ninden kyō ||| The teaching for humans and gods, which is the first in Zongmi's 宗密 fivefold classification of the teaching 五教. It consists in the basic teaching of karmic retribution, which enables beings to gain a favorable rebirth as either a human being or a god.
