凡四章十二頌四十八句。唐代玄奘著。概述唯識學說，著重於講說唯識學說中心之心識問題。前三頌說前五識，四至六頌說第六識，七至九頌說第七識，末三頌說第八識。無單行本，注釋本甚多，以明代普泰之八識規矩補註（二卷）、明昱之八識規矩補注正義（一卷）、智旭之八識規矩直解（一卷）、廣益之八識規矩纂釋（一卷）等較為著名。

八識規矩頌 [py] Bāshì guījŭ sòng [wg] Pa-shih kuei-chü sung [ko] 발식규구송 Palsik kyugu song [ja] ハッシキキクショウ Hasshiki kiku shō ||| (Verses on the Structure of the Eight Consciousnesses). By Xuanzang 玄奘. This text is not found in the Taishō, though a commentary on it by P'u-t'ai 普泰 that reiterates the root text is found at T 1865.45.467-476, entitled Bashi guiju buzhu 八識規矩補註. It covers similar topics to the Cheng weishi lun 成唯識論, but organized somewhat differently.
