藏，法藏之義，即佛所說之教法。佛所說之法藏六萬偈，稱為六萬藏。大方便佛報恩經卷四（大三‧一四七上）：「提婆達多雖復隨佛出家，嫉妒情深，窺望利養，雖復能多讀誦六萬香象經，而不能免阿鼻地獄罪。」〔大智度論卷十四〕

（雜語）法藏六萬偈也。大方便佛報恩經四曰：「提婆達多，雖復隨佛出家，嫉妒情深，窺望利養，雖復能多讀誦六萬香象經，而不能免阿鼻地獄罪。」智度論十四曰：「調達誦得六萬法聚，與闍王共造五逆，生入地獄。」天台觀經疏曰：「調達有三十相，出家誦六萬法聚。」
