如意珠  A gem that appears as any rare jewel that one thinks of. See 如意寶珠 and 摩尼珠.

cintāmani, a fabulous gem, the philosopher's stone, the talisman-pearl capable of responding to every wish, said to be obtained from the dragon-king of the sea, or the head of the great fish, Makara, or the relics of a Buddha. It is also called 如意寳 (如意寳珠); 如意摩尼.
