（經名）十二卷，唐地婆訶羅譯。佛在祇洹，中夜入佛莊嚴三昧，放頂髻之光，照淨居天，淨居天子來問法，佛受其請，晨朝為眾宣說，有二十七品，說佛住兜率天宮乃至降生成道轉法輪之八相。與普曜經同本，但品有開合。
