About Lily Pad Sutra (inactive)

The Lily Pad Sutra describes Mettamorphsis experiences of lily padding— combining meditation practice with location-independence— and what her lily padding adventures have taught her about metta, mindfulness, mudita, and everything in between. The Lily Pad Sutra is completed, but Mettamorphsis continues to share her adventures in her new column: Living Metta

About the author

Mettamorphsis had a Catholic upbringing and education, but found a home in the Dharma after four years of serious illness. In 2010, she felt called to give up having a fixed abode and live life as a modern-day nomad or, as she prefers to call it, lily padding.

The Lily Pad Sutra has been completed, but readers can continue to enjoy Mettamorphsis adventures in her new column: Living Metta
