Buddhanāga Thera. A disciple of Sāriputta of Ceylon. He wrote the Vinayatthamañjūsā on the Kankhāvitaranī at the request of a monk named Sumedha. Gv.61f., 71; SadS.65; Svd.1212; P.L.C.201.
