Buddhanāyaka, Buddhanātha. A general of Mānābharaina (2). He was defeated at Nāla by the Kesadhātu Rakkha. Later, during eight days, he fought at Pillavitthi a battle against the forces of Parakkamabāhu I. and again against the Adhikārin Rakkha. He was killed in the last-named conflict.
