Geyya (nt.) [grd. of gāyati, Sk. geya] a certain style of Buddhist literature consisting of mixed prose & verse. It is only found in the ster. enum of the Scriptures in their ninefold division, beginning suttaŋ geyyaŋ veyyākaraṇaŋ. See under navanga.
