Pamsukūlasaññika Thera. An arahant. He was a hunter in the time of Tissa Buddha, and, one day, seeing in the forest a pamsukūla robe of the Buddha, he worshipped it (Ap.ii.418f). He is probably identical with Punnāmāsa Thera. ThagA.i.297f.
