Pañcapandita Jātaka (No. 508)

Also called Pañcapanditapañha and panditapañha.

The name given to a section of the Mahā Ummagga Jātaka, which deals with the plot of Senaka, Pukkusa, Kāvinda and Devinda, to have Mahosadha killed by informing the king that Mahosadha has a guilty secret which he did not desire anyone to know of. But Mahosadha learnt their secrets and defeated their intentions. J.iv.473; v.81; vi.379, 389.
