（術語）Sam%vr!ti，世俗諦之梵語，舊師譯為世俗諦。玄奘譯為隱顯諦。義淨譯為覆俗諦。隱顯者，隱真理而顯事相之義。義林章二末曰：「此諦理應名隱顯諦，隱覆空理有相顯現，如結手巾為兔等物。隱本手巾，兔相顯現，此亦如是。今隨古名名世俗諦，梵云三佛栗底，故以義釋名隱顯諦。」
