即理佛性、行佛性。(一)法相宗論眾生之佛性，以其所依之體，乃不生不滅法性之妙理，故稱理佛性。(二)各人第八阿賴耶識中，得成佛果之無漏種子，法爾存在，稱為行佛性。理佛性者，一切眾生皆具；行佛性則有具有不具，不具者永不成佛。〔佛地經論卷二、成唯識論樞要卷上本〕（參閱「佛性」2633）
