指破除比丘惡欲之四種行法:糞掃衣、乞食、樹下坐、身心寂靜。又作四良藥。與行四依、四聖種之意略同。四分律刪補隨機羯磨疏卷三下(卍續六四‧四四五上):「涅槃具顯治本,故彼文云出家之人有四種病,由是不得四所門果;為有衣欲,乃至為有欲。有四良藥能療是病,謂糞掃衣、乞食、樹下坐、身心寂靜,治有惡欲,故名四聖行也。」

四聖行===(名數)一糞掃衣,二乞食,三樹下坐,四身心寂靜。又名四良藥,與行四依及四聖種大意同。南山業疏三下曰:「涅槃具顯治本,故彼文云:出家之人有四種病,由此不得四沙門果。為有衣欲,乃至為有惡欲。有四良藥能治此病:謂糞掃衣,乞食,樹下坐,身心寂靜。治有惡欲,故名四聖行。」
